Man charged after teenager stalked and sexually assaulted

A man is due to appear in court after a teenage girl was stalked and sexually assaulted.

Miguel Fernandez, aged 21 from Luton, has been charged. He faces charges of sexual assault and stalking. These include three counts of assault and three counts of threatening a person with a blade.

Mr Fernandez is due at Wolverhampton Crown Court tomorrow (24 Apr). This follows an incident where a teenage girl was harassed online. The girl, along with two friends, were assaulted and threatened with a knife. This occurred in West Bromwich on 20 March. The girl was also sexually assaulted.
