The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on Thursday 12 March 2026. He was officially charged on the evening of Wednesday 18 March and was remanded in custody ahead of a scheduled appearance at Westminster Magistrates' Court today, 19 March.
The charges follow a specialized investigation led by the South East regional counter-terrorism unit.
