Three men charged following historical child sex investigation in Slough and Oxfordshire

Three men have been charged in connection with historical child sex offences following an extensive investigation by Thames Valley Police.

The charges relate to offences reported to have taken place in Slough and Oxfordshire during 2005. The men were charged on Wednesday 25 March 2026 and have since been released on conditional bail.

Details of the Charges

The following individuals have been charged:

• Tommy Ocean, 41, of Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare: Charged with two counts of raping a girl aged 15, two counts of people trafficking for sexual exploitation, and one count of perverting the course of justice.
• Vaseem Manzoor, 49, of Badger Lane, Oxford: Charged with one count of raping a girl aged 15 and two counts of people trafficking for sexual exploitation.
• Zulfikar Shamim, 51, of Mildenhall Road, Slough: Charged with one count of raping a girl aged 15 and possession of indecent photography of a child.

Court Proceedings

All three defendants are scheduled to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on 24 April 2026.

Thames Valley Police described the investigation as both extensive and complex. No further details regarding the nature of the evidence or the circumstances of the 2005 offences have been released at this stage of the legal process.
