Wife exposes herself as whistleblower behind husband's university expulsion over hazing video

A wife has confessed to being the anonymous whistleblower who leaked a video that resulted in her husband being expelled from university.

The night that changed everything

The woman explained that she met her husband during their college years when he was part of an "intense" fraternity. She recalled a night when her then-boyfriend and his friends showed her a video of a student being forced to chug bottle after bottle of alcohol.

She recognised her husband's voice leading the charge as the victim sat on the floor, clearly losing consciousness. The student was later found lying outside and ended up in hospital in a critical condition.

Sickened by the footage, the woman decided to take action. She anonymously sent the video to the university and the student’s parents using a fake social media account.

Living with a 'sociopath'

The fallout was massive, leading to a school investigation and her husband’s expulsion. Years later, they are married with children, but he still has no idea his wife was the "snitch" who ruined his prospects.

The husband remains "devastated and furious," often vowing to "destroy" whoever leaked the footage. He believes it was a fellow student and has never suspected the woman sitting quietly beside him.

The wife admits she stands by her choice and would do it again to protect others from similar harm. However, she now faces a backlash from observers who have labelled her husband a "sociopath" for his lack of remorse.
